State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP)
Metro develops Los Angeles County’s funding priorities for the State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP), and submits to the California Transportation Commission (CTC).
Overview
Metro, as the County Transportation Commission for Los Angeles County, is responsible for developing the county’s funding priorities for the State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP), and for submitting the projects to the California Transportation Commission (CTC) by way of the Regional Transportation Improvement Program (RTIP). The RTIP is a listing of state highway and transit projects that Los Angeles County proposes for funding.
2024 Los Angeles County RTIP Submittal
The 2024 RTIP is a listing of state highway and transit projects that Los Angeles County proposes for funding through the 2024 STIP covering the five-year period from Fiscal Year 2024/2025 to 2028/2029. The 2024 Los Angeles County RTIP was submitted to the CTC and Caltrans on December 15, 2023.
2022 Los Angeles County RTIP Submittal
The RTIP is a listing of state highway and transit projects that Los Angeles County proposes for funding through the 2022 STIP covering the five-year period from Fiscal Year 2022/2023 to 2026/2027. The 2022 Los Angeles County RTIP was submitted to the CTC and Caltrans on December 15, 2021.
2020 Los Angeles County RTIP Submittal
The RTIP is a listing of state highway and transit projects that Los Angeles County proposes for funding through the 2020 STIP covering the five-year period from Fiscal Year 2020/2021 to 2024/2025. The 2020 Los Angeles County RTIP was submitted to the CTC and Caltrans on December 13, 2020.
2018 Los Angeles County RTIP Submittal
The RTIP is a listing of state highway and transit projects that Los Angeles County proposes for funding through the 2018 STIP covering the five-year period from Fiscal Year 2018/2019 to 2022/2023. The 2018 Los Angeles County RTIP was submitted to the CTC and Caltrans on December 15, 2017.
