Join us. Metro training offers support in Spanish.
Start as a new bus operator with our training course designed for bilingual speakers. When you successfully complete the interviews in English, and secure a job offer to become a Metro bus operator, Spanish speakers may choose training with learning support in Spanish.
Metro’s new training option supports you and our team’s success.
We’re committed to building a workforce that reflects the communities we serve. All new bus operators start with Metro’s 8-week paid training program, with the option to choose a bilingual/Spanish format. Our new training option includes language support and course materials in Spanish, to help with understanding of technical terms and procedures. It can also help prepare you for your DMV Class-B driver license test, which is given in English.
